I saw an open field of wheat, ready to be harvested. But scattered throughout the field were people, There were different races and different walks of life. I saw Jesus on a horse, galloping through the field, between the people. U saw a gangster drop his colors and a gun, and walk in the direction that Jesus went, I saw a businessman drop his phone and briefcase, and follow Jesus, and more would drop things and follow Jesus. Then i saw others straggling behind, each one carrying what looked like luggage, each filled with judgment, resentment, and any other emotional baggage. “But I am a CHRISTIAN!” they would shout. I would later realize that the people who dropped everything and chased after Hesus weren;t the best people, but when they saw that the life they chased held nothing for them and that Jesus had something better, they let go of the things that held them captive. And those who were trailing behind carrying all that junk were Christians who, despite the claims that they were followers of Jesus, behaved contrary to their beliefs, and were weighted down by the way they judged others, condemned others, and even held anger and unwilling to let go of past hurts. This sort of thing will break a Christina, all that weight crushing them, making them give up, and ultimately miss the blessings that were in store for them, blessings such as healing, restoration, and yes, even SALVATION!
